Our Mission

Originally from Delaware County, Alexander Lassoff has been all over the country and the world. Mr. Lassoff spent eight years on active duty in the Army in which he served half of his time as a tank commander and an intelligence specialist. Mr. Lassoff has worked with various government agencies both locally and abroad. After the military, Mr. Lassoff spent time as a private investigator working on major telecommunications cases.

Mr. Lassoff finished his bachelor’s degree while on active duty in Army at Temple University, graduating with distinctions and honors. Mr. Lassoff attended law school at Drexel University in which he excelled, graduating from the program in two years, earning distinctions in a criminal law focus and litigation. Mr. Lassoff’s professional life and academic experience have given him a wide breadth of knowledge in a variety of legal fields including criminal law, intellectual property, civil litigation, landlord-tenant disputes, medical malpractice, civil rights issues, personal injury, and contracts.

In his spare time, Mr. Lassoff heads and supports various Veteran Non-profits in the city and nationwide. He has devoted most of his professional career to helping others in need and defending those who have needed it.

Mr. Lassoff is licensed to practice in the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania and the United States District Court-Eastern District of Pennsylvania.

With over 25 years of leadership in life sciences and healthcare, Michael Lassoff brings deep expertise to solving complex industry challenges with innovative solutions. His journey, marked by leadership roles across sales, consulting, quality, global support, and operations, has been further enriched by his experience driving growth and achieving success in several startup environments within the industry. This entrepreneurial background has instilled in him a passion for collaborative problem-solving, agile execution, and delivering efficient outcomes. Now a dedicated member of the executive team at Delta 22 Solutions, Michael is focused on contributing his diverse experience to the company’s growth and success.



He plays a key role in overseeing Global Operations, Government Contracting, and Healthcare engagements, always striving to foster a culture of innovation and deliver meaningful results for clients. His background with respected organizations like Thomson Reuters and IQVIA, coupled with his startup successes, provides a valuable perspective that informs his commitment to continuous improvement and the advancement of Delta 22 Solutions within the industry.

Jason Caddick has honed a sharp ability to tackle industry obstacles with creative, effective solutions across more than two decades in leadership roles in life sciences and healthcare. His career, defined by pivotal roles in product management, operations, and compliance at organizations like R-Squared Services and Solutions, IQVIA, and Thomson Reuters, demonstrates a talent for creating success, most notably by scaling R-Squared into an industry standout later acquired by IQVIA. This startup experience fuels his drive for teamwork, adaptability, and achieving impactful outcomes. Now a vital member of the executive team at Delta 22 Solutions with Michael and Alex, Jason channels his skills into advancing the company’s operational and client-focused goals.
